DeFuniak Springs Police is asking for the community’s help in stopping would be “Grinch’s.” Vandals are ruining and even stealing decorations at the Christmas Reflections display around Lake DeFuniak. “Every year we have some individuals who get their thrills by damaging the beautiful Christmas light displays. With millions of lights, it makes it difficult to catch the vandals. We would appreciate assistance from our citizens to report any suspicious persons in the Lakeyard, said Chief Mark Weeks.” Suspicious activity or persons can be reported to Police by calling 892-8511. Callers may also remain anonymous by calling the TIPS line at 910-TIPS (8477).
