The May 11, 2020 Regular City Council meeting will be conducted utilizing Communication Media Technology with Zoom as the platform. Meeting url:  https://us02web.zoom.us/j/8802958500?pwd=RjhjY29HTFVoTGcyMjFGaHRCWTZSQT09 to virtually attend and watch the meeting by computer, tablet, or smartphone.  Those whom have pre-registered to speak, will be called upon and the appropriate time limits will be enforced.  If joining from a tablet or smartphone, you will need to download the free Zoom app from your device’s app store.  If joining from a computer, your computer will automatically download and install (if needed) the Zoom program.  If you currently have Zoom installed on your computer, tablet, or smartphone, you may join the meeting by entering the meeting ID: 880-295-8500.

To participate in the City Council meeting, which commences at 4:00 p.m., you have the following options:

You may also provide written comments by emailing City Clerk Maryanne Schrader by 3:00 p.m. on May 11, 2020 at cityclerk@defuniaksprings.net. Please ensure you provide your full name and address. A representative will read any written comments into the record at the appropriate time.  Time limits will be enforced, so comments must be limited to 3 minutes. 

No calls will be accepted after the meeting adjourns; however, if your call is received while the meeting is in progress, a representative will return your call within 72 hours.
