The City of DeFuniak Springs is soliciting proposals from individual(s) and/or firm(s) for Special Magistrate Services for the City of DeFuniak Springs; the selected individual or firm will enter into a contract to work with the Mayor, City Council, and Staff.
Request for Qualifications may be obtained from the City Clerk’s Office at DeFuniak Springs City Hall, 71 US Highway 90 West between the hours of 8 a.m. and 5 p.m., Monday through Friday, by calling (850) 892-8500 or by email: Cityclerk@defuniaksprings.net.
Proposals must be received by the City of DeFuniak Springs in a sealed envelope that is clearly marked, "RFQ Special Magistrate Services” no later than 2:00 p.m. C.T. September 3, 2020 at which time they will be opened and read aloud.
The City reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, in whole or in part, to waive minor defects in the process and to accept the proposal deemed by the City to be in the City’s best interest.
