The City of DeFuniak Springs, Florida is currently accepting proposals from qualified consultants for the purpose of conducting an Impact Fees Study for Fire and Police Services.
Interested parties may obtain a Request for Proposal from the City Clerk’s Office at DeFuniak Springs City Hall, 71 US Highway 90 West, DeFuniak Springs, FL 32433, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5 p.m., Monday through Friday at (850) 892-8500. A digital copy of the RFP may also be received from the City Clerk. Proposals must be received by the City of DeFuniak Springs in a sealed envelope that is clearly marked, “RFP # 20-02-CD, Proposal for Fire and Police Impact Fees Study and Analysis” no later than 2:00 p.m. (CT), October 5, 2020 at which time they will be opened and read aloud.
The City reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, in whole or in part, to waive minor defects in the process and to accept the proposal deemed by the City to be in the City’s best interest. The City, in its sole discretion, in determining the proposal deemed to be in the City’s best interest shall not be obligated to select the lowest, absolute proposal. - September 28, 2020 by 5:00pm: Written Technical Questions Due to City
- September 30, 2020 by 5:00pm: Responses to Questions Due from City and posted to City website
- October 5, 2020 by 2:00pm: Proposals Due to City.
