๐ŸWELCOME & WHAT TO EXPECT
Here are some FAQs to help you get acquainted with the new facility and what to expect as we open for business.

๐Ÿ“ฃ  CITY HALL OPENS 
Monday, September 26, 8 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
๐Ÿ“ 1350 Baldwin Avenue, DeFuniak Springs is the new location. 
โ˜Ž๏ธ  The main phone number 850-892-8500 remains the same to contact staff offices.
๐Ÿ…ฟ๏ธ  Parking is on all sides of the building but general customer parking is at the main entrance at the front of the building which faces Highway 90.
โ™ฟ๏ธ  There is handicap parking on the West side of the building facing the Post Office and Police Department with a ramp and sidewalk that leads to automatic entry doors that are ADA-accessible. 
๐Ÿšช The main entrance is on the backside of the building that faces US Highway 90.
โ›”๏ธ  The red brick building is closed and not in use. 
๐Ÿงพ  Utility Payments can be made at the Finance windows located on the first floor at the main entrance. 
๐Ÿ“ฎ  Utility payments can still be deposited in the drop box at the old city hall until 8:00 am on September 30th. 
๐Ÿ–‡  Staff offices are located throughout the building and some remain locked for security reasons. 
๐Ÿ“ž  There is a directory with a phone on the first floor of the main entrance lobby that indicates how to contact a staff office.
