SUBJECT TO ALL UTILITIES AND RIGHTS-OF-WAY REMAINING IN PLACE AND IN USE.
Responsive submittals must be sealed and include the following, at a minimum, to be considered:
- The total price offered to the City for this Property;
- The name of the person or entity acquiring the property, include the names of all interested persons who will be acquiring title;
- The time within which closing is requested to occur
The City will accept bids for the property until July 31, 2023, at 2:00 pm CT at the DeFuniak Springs City Hall, to the attention of Andrea Jarrard City Clerk, at the address 1350 Baldwin Avenue, DeFuniak Springs, FL 32435. All bids must be sealed. The City has determined that the property’s best public use and greatest public benefit is to be sold for future development by private enterprise. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids. The terms of the sale are that it is a cash sale payable at the time of closing.
